And when you open your eyes find the beauty around you. Be mindful and in the moment. Without judgment observe just a little bit more everyday and react a less. Every battle doesn't have to be a war you must when. The world needs a little more kindness and patience and it can come from you. This perspective can be challenging but it is crucial to your own mental health and well being. By first finding the joy within you will begin to see the beauty around you. There is hope in times of despair. There is goodness and mercy in our hearts wanting nothing more than the opportunity to be shared. You can find the joy within by being a blessing expecting nothing in return.
